Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of DBC Dania Beach Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or contact us for work. These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and others who access or use our services.

Services Provided

DBC Dania Beach Concrete provides concrete installation, repair, finishing, and related services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a project is unsafe, unfeasible, or outside our scope of work.

Written quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during work, or changes requested by the customer. Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing before additional work proceeds.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your written contract or quote. Typical payment schedules include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

If you dispute any charges, you must notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving your invoice. We will work with you to resolve any billing issues fairly and promptly.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, including utility locations, property boundaries, and any site conditions that may affect the work. You must ensure that we have clear access to the work area and that pets and children are kept away from the job site for safety reasons.

You are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from your homeowners association, local government, or other authorities. We can assist with permit applications, but ultimate responsibility lies with the property owner.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranties as specified in your written contract. Typical warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials for a specified period after project completion. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or natural disasters.

Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor cracks due to settling, temperature changes, or other factors beyond our control. Small hairline cracks are normal and do not indicate a defect in workmanship. We will assess any concerns and make repairs as warranted under the terms of your agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DBC Dania Beach Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We carry liability insurance to protect both parties in case of accidents or property damage during work.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials ordered and crew scheduling. We will work with you to find a solution that is fair for both parties.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment failures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work to minimize delays.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between you and DBC Dania Beach Concrete, we agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the issue, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate court in Broward County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
